OnChainCoop, a collective of blockchain experts, is dedicated to advancing public blockchain-based coordination infrastructure development and adoption. The group operates on a SAFE multisig and makes decisions based on a simple majority (2/3). The three signers of the collective are Rolf Hoefer, Selim Imoberdorf, and Ivan Fartunov, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the blockchain industry.

Rolf Hoefer, a core contributor to MetaCartel Ventures DAO, runs Cultur3 Capital and leads Numomo, a creative Web3 agency. His experience spans across NFT, DeFi, and other DAOs such as Rarible, Cream, and Metagov. Selim Imoberdorf, a Design Lead for Aragon and contributor to WE3, has been in the blockchain industry since 2017, building scalable products in the banking and insurance sectors. Ivan Fartunov, a core contributor at Aragon and a co-author of Aragon’s Strategy to Become a Governance Hyperstructure v1.0.0, has also been involved in the blockchain space since 2017 and built a $5M ARR prime brokerage business at one of the largest CeFi lenders.

OnChainCoop is particularly interested in the development and governance of decentralized stablecoins, which they view as a critical coordination infrastructure and one of the most important use cases for DAOs today. They are eager to contribute to Aave and look forward to the potential impact of their work on the future of decentralized finance¹.
