The long-term plan is to expand these events worldwide, culminating in an annual "Unchained Web Summit." The first six events would cover various topics related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies, with the flexibility to adjust topics based on community interest.

SpoonyBard brings significant experience to the table, with several years of experience in organizing professional community events and a strong background in the Blockchain Industry. They also have a robust online community and a daily newsletter about industry news. The Aave community, in particular, stands to benefit from this proposal through various means, including mentions as a partner sponsor in the newsletter and at the events.

However, due to the lack of a track record, Jengajojo suggested starting with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) event, funded at 10% of the proposed budget. If successful, this could pave the way for longer-term engagements. SpoonyBard agreed to this approach, expressing a willingness to organize 1-2 events initially to test the idea and gain the trust of the DAO community. The first event is tentatively planned for April-May, subject to grant approval and delivery.
